Terms and Conditions


1) All park rules and regulations must be obeyed at all times on all of Roam Yellowstone Guiding's tours. 2) Appropriate shoes and clothing must be worn during the trip, if your Roam Yellowstone guide determines your clothing choices may compromise your safety or the enjoyment of all you may be removed from the trip with no refund issued. 3) Minors must be accompanied by legal guardian for the duration of the trip. 6) No pets are allowed. 7) No firearms are allowed. 8) Alcohol is prohibited if using it affects the safety of any participant or other's enjoyment of the park or tour. 9) Cell phones should be kept silent for the duration of the trip. 10) No speakers are allowed if it's use interferes with other's enjoyment of the park. 11) Roam Yellowstone Guiding reserves the right to cancel a tour without refund if clients are 1 hour late or later to the meeting point unless agreed upon by the guide and clients. 13) During an emergency, Roam Yellowstone Guiding and its employees will make the final decision regarding actions to be taken and reserve the right to transfer this authority to the appropriate responders. 14) Roam Yellowstone Guiding and its employees reserve the right to refuse service to any participant at their discretion; we do not discriminate. 15) Inclement Weather happens in Yellowstone National Park, it is very rare that we cancel a trip due to weather: we may operate the tour in adverse weather conditions. In the event that a trip must be cancelled by Roam Yellowstone Guiding due to adverse weather, clients will be assisted with rescheduling their tour at no additional cost OR may request a refund less 3% of the refund amount. 16) Destination changes are rare and we try to avoid them, however they do occur from time to time and are at Roam Yellowstone Guiding's discretion; this may occur due to weather, trail conditions/closures, etc. In the rare case a destination change is necessary, participants will be notified via phone and email as soon as possible prior to the trip. 17) If a trip must be fully cancelled by Roam Yellowstone Guiding for personal reasons (family emergency, vehicle malfunctions, illness/injury, etc.), a full refund will be issued. 18) If a trip is cancelled completely or part way through the trip due to events beyond our control (adverse weather, trail closure, etc.) refunds will be issued at a prorated rate less 3% of the refund amount and on a case by case basis. 19) Payment is due in full before your booking is complete. 20) Cancellation Policy: Cancellation fee of 100% is charged if cancelled 14 days or less before the event and a cancellation fee of 25% is charged if cancelled 365 days or less before the event. 21) Roam Yellowstone Guiding and employees reserve the right to cancel a tour with no refund if our terms and conditions are violated or if any participant acts in such a way that they interfere with the operation of the tour, the enjoyment of the tour by other participants or the enjoyment of other park visitors. Roam Yellowstone Guiding does not discriminate.. 22) We reserve the right to cancel a trip for any circumstances foreseen or unforeseen that alter our ability to perform the tour; if this occurs you will receive 97% refund of the price of the tour but not for other expenses incurred during your travel (i.e. plane tickets, accommodations, meals, etc.) for the tour. 23) Roam Yellowstone Guiding is not responsible for any problems arising from individuals that are not physically able to participate in the guided tour.

COVID-19: Social distancing of 6 feet must be maintained whenever possible. Masks must be worn when social distancing is not possible, including inside the vehicle used during the tour. Roam Yellowstone Guiding and employees reserve the right to refuse service to clients who do not abide by CDC regulations, National Park regulations or Roam Yellowstone Guiding's policies regarding COVID-19.

Privacy: We do not sell or give away any of your data. Data such as email and phone number is used by us to contact our clients. Data may be used for marketing, you may contact us anytime to have your data deleted from our storage.

Health: Our tours of Yellowstone can be physically demanding and require good health and fitness. If you have questions regarding your ability to participate, you must contact your physician about this matter. We must be notified of any health ailments or allergies of your group members.
